This course can be delivered both virtually or in person, and is ideal for professionals who aim to streamline document management and enhance collaboration using Bluebeam's industry-standard tools.
Throughout the course, you will explore the Bluebeam Revu interface, learning how to customise profiles and adjust panel layouts to suit your specific workflow needs. You will work through essential document manipulation techniques, including combining, reordering, and splitting files, ensuring efficient document handling across various project stages. As you progress, you will gain practical experience with Bluebeam’s powerful markup tools, learning how to annotate, highlight, and comment on documents to streamline project reviews. Additionally, you will learn how to organise frequently used tools with toolchests and stamps, enabling you to standardise processes across multiple projects and improve efficiency. The course will also cover Bluebeam Studio’s collaborative features, focusing on real-time document collaboration in Studio Sessions and long-term project management with Studio Projects, helping you effectively manage both live feedback and ongoing project control.

- Module 1 – Interface | Profiles | Document Manipulation: Explore the Bluebeam Revu interface, navigate menus and toolbars, and customise profiles to optimise workflows. You will learn how to manipulate documents by combining, reordering, and splitting files, ensuring efficient document handling. Additionally, you will adjust panel layouts and set preferences, tailoring the workspace to your needs for improved project efficiency.
- Module 2 – Markup Tools | Properties Toolbar: Discover how to use essential markup tools, including highlights, comments, and drawing annotations. You will learn how to customise these tools using the Properties Toolbar and save them for future use. These skills will help you apply consistent and efficient markups across your projects.
- Module 3 – Toolchests | Stamps: Learn how to organise and store frequently used markup tools in toolchests, making them easily accessible across projects. You will also explore how to create and apply stamps that automatically fill in key information, streamlining your review process.

To join the course, participants will need basic computer skills and a general understanding of document management processes. No prior experience with Bluebeam Revu is required, but familiarity with PDF document handling is recommended to ensure full engagement with the course content.
System Requirements
Participants joining this course virtually will need:
- Bluebeam Revu installed on their computer, together with all recent updates (required). Please contact us if you need to purchase a software licence.
- The latest Zoom version installed on their computer (required).
- A stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (required).
- A secondary screen to follow instructions shared by the course instructor during training, along with a mouse for easy software navigation (recommended).
- A headset to ensure clear communication with the instructor, and preferably a microphone and webcam for interactive conversations (recommended).
Participants joining this course in person will need:
- Bluebeam Revu installed on their computer, together with all recent updates (required). Please contact us if you need to purchase a software licence.
- A large computer screen, along with a keyboard and mouse for easy software navigation (recommended).
Additionally, the training venue should be equipped with:
- A projector setup or a large screen enabling the instructor to connect their laptop, facilitating attendee visibility of the instructor's screen (required).
